02The Liability

Environmental Hazards Are Legal Liabilities.

Aerosolized pathogens, gross filth, and unregulated transient encampments can halt tenant improvements, freeze probate sales, and create serious occupational exposure concerns. Standard property clearing operators are rarely equipped with the protocols, containment, and documentation these high-risk properties demand. Left in the wrong hands, the hazard — and its liability — can land on your firm.

03The Authority Wedge

Clinical-Grade Mitigation & Documented Chain of Custody.

Aseptaclean does not guess. Our methods are informed by healthcare and biopharmaceutical practice. Founded by a biochemist with hands-on experience in surgical pathology and pharmaceutical GMP compliance, we apply disciplined containment, EPA-registered decontamination products, and Good Documentation Practices to severe environmental hazards.

Thorough chain-of-custody documentation on every deployment.

04Core Capabilities
01

Commercial Pathogen & Vector Mitigation.

Extraction and removal of compacted avian and rodent guano. We reduce the risk of exposure to Histoplasmosis- and Hantavirus-associated contaminants in commercial HVAC plenums, warehouses, and structural rooftops.

02

Estate Gross Filth & Hoarding Mitigation.

Discreet, high-volume extraction and decontamination support for severe hoarding and neglected properties. We isolate high-value assets and reduce zoonotic hazards to help clear properties for probate and real estate liquidation.

03

Transient Encampment Clearing.

Systematic dismantling of unregulated transient sites on commercial land. We execute localized sharps segregation, hazardous material isolation, and structural decontamination to return the site to a cleared condition.

05The Engagement

A Controlled Process, From Assessment to Documented Clearance.

01

Site Risk Assessment

Hazard classification, scope definition, and a clear regulatory boundary.

02

Containment Plan

Protocols, PPE, equipment, and exposure controls set before work begins.

03

Mitigation & Extraction

Decontamination and removal executed according to the approved scope.

04

Documented Clearance

A close-out record and manifests handed directly to your team.

06Documentation

Documentation Built for Review.

Every Aseptaclean deployment concludes with thoroughly documented close-out reporting. We generate a formal Environmental Clearance Record for regulated work, or a Job Completion Record for non-hazardous work, supported by time-stamped visual evidence, chemical dwell-time logs, and transfer-station manifests.

07Common Questions

What Counsel, Carriers & Owners Ask First.

Are you a licensed contractor?+

Aseptaclean defines the work boundary before mobilization. We focus on site clearing, extraction, decontamination, and documentation. Any structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or trade work that requires a licensed contractor is separated from our scope and coordinated with the appropriate qualified party.

What insurance do you carry?+

Certificates of insurance are available on request. Project-specific insurance requirements, additional-insured status, and coverage limits are reviewed before work begins.

What is outside your scope?+

We do not disturb suspected asbestos or lead-based materials, and we do not perform trade work outside the approved scope. Biohazard and trauma-scene remediation involving human decomposition is available upon applicable registration and authorization. Every boundary is defined up front so there are no surprises mid-project.

What documentation do we receive?+

Every deployment closes with a formal record: time-stamped visual evidence, chemical dwell-time logs when applicable, chain-of-custody documentation, and transfer-station manifests where relevant.

Who do you typically work with?+

Property managers and commercial real estate, estates and fiduciaries, landlords and REO holders, industrial and warehousing operators, and realtors preparing properties for sale or probate.
